United States Third Circuit

Williams v. Astrue, 09-1471

District court's denial of claimant's request for attorneys' fees in connection with her application for disability benefits is affirmed as the district court properly concluded that the government's position was substantially justified as the ALJ's one error in a particular decision is inconsequential where the ALJ had the ability to reach the same conclusion on remand based on other evidence in the record.
