Huston v. Procter & Gamble Paper Products Corp., 07-2799
In an action for sexual harassment and retaliation brought under Title VII, district court grant of summary judgment for defendant is affirmed where the two accused employees did not qualify as management level and thus their knowledge may not be imputed to defendant for purposes of liability under Title VII, and defendant took prompt and adequate remedial measures to stop the harassment as soon as it had notice.
