Sandie v. Holder, 07-1865

Petition for review of a decision denying asylum is denied where plaintiff failed to meet his burden of proof with evidence corroborating his testimony that he has a well-founded fear of persecution in his native country on account of a political opinion. Plaintiff's motion to clarify that his motion to stay removal implicitly included a request to stay the 60-day voluntary departure period is denied.
