US v. Dullum, 07-4502

Sentence for mail and bank fraud is affirmed where: 1) the district court did not err in applying sentencing enhancements for loss amount greater than $30,000, vulnerable victim, abuse of trust, and obstruction of justice under the sentencing guidelines; and 2) did not abuse its discretion in varying from the pre-sentence report recommendation in granting only a one-level deduction in sentencing level for acceptance of responsibility.
