Ndayshimiye v. Atty. Gen. of the United States, 07-3201
Petition for review of rejection of Rwandan citizens' asylum application is denied where plaintiff's failed to show their past persecution was motivated by their imputed nationality or social group, and there was substantial evidence to show their Burundian background was at most incidental to other reasons for their persecution.
