United States Third Circuit

US v. Blackmon, 07-4237

Sentence for conspiracy to distribute cocaine and money laundering is affirmed where: 1) there was no clear error in the district court's application of U.S.S.G. section 2S1.1(a)(1), as defendant was a direct money launderer; and 2) the cocaine conspiracy was properly incorporated as relevant conduct under the sentencing guideline as the cocaine distribution and the overarching cocaine conspiracy involved a common scheme or plan.
