United States Third Circuit
Petroleos Mexicanos Refinacion v. M/T King A, 07-3402
In an admiralty action, district court's denial of defendant's motion to vacate the warrant of arrest and other requested relief is reversed where the court lacked in rem jurisdiction to issue the warrant of arrest for the vessel as the Carriage of Goods by Sea Act one-year statute of limitations extinguished the maritime lien on the vessel.
