Gonzales v. AMR, American Airlines, 06-5161
In a wrongful discharge suit, grant of summary judgment against defendant is reversed where the District Court erred in concluding that a prior holding by an Administrative Law Judge in defendant's unemployment compensation proceedings precluded litigation of his claim that he was wrongfully discharged.
