United States Third Circuit
US v. Iglesias, 06-4426
Convictions on drugs and weapons charges are affirmed where: 1) there was sufficient evidence to support a conviction; 2) the prior inconsistent statement of a prosecution witness was properly admitted as non-hearsay evidence; and 3) in determining defendant's sentence on a drug conspiracy charge, as opposed to a distribution charge, the district court was not required to deduct drug quantities earmarked for defendant's personal use from the total drug quantity.
