St. Croix Renaissance, Group, LLP v. Montrose Global Assets, Inc., 07-2254, 07-2313

In a contract dispute concerning the removal of metals from a dismantled structure, a preliminary injunction permitting the removal of scrap metals from the property is vacated where the district court erred in finding that a failure to grant the injunction would cause irreparable harm.
