Augustin v. Atty. Gen. of the US, 06-4744

Petition for review of a BIA order concluding that petitioner was removable and ineligible for cancellation of removal is denied where the the BIA did not err in refusing to impute to an alien who entered the United States as a minor the alien's parent's years of continuous residence in order to meet the seven-year requirement for cancellation of removal.
