US v. Perez, 06-2036

In a case involving a scheme whereby a stolen credit card machine was used to direct unauthorized refunds to credit card accounts that defendant created for that purpose, a final judgment imposing, in part, restitution on defendant in the amount of $73,476, is affirmed where the appellate waiver contained in defendant's plea agreement applied to the restitution order.
