US v. C. Pyramid Enters., Inc., 06-4209
In a Miller Act case, a judgment denying recovery to a steel fabricator in its suit against a prime contractor and its sureties is reversed where a firm acted as a subcontractor when it supplied fabricated steel from appellant to the prime contractor that then used the material to construct the framework for a large Air Force facility.
