In an action brought by a fire company and Sprint challenging a township's Zoning Hearing Board's decision denying requisite permits and approvals for a radio tower and related radio equipment, a decision reversing the determination of the Board is affirmed where there was no error in finding that the Board's denial of the requested zoning approvals and a building permit violated the Telecommunications Act of 1996, nor in the relief ordered.
