Burella v. City of Philadelphia, 04-1157

In a due process and equal protection suit against police officers resulting from the shooting of a woman by her police-officer husband, summary judgment that the officers were not entitled to qualified immunity is reversed where the defendants did not have a constitutional obligation to protect plaintiff from her husband's abuse.
