US v. Greenidge, 05-4887, 05-5083

Defendants convictions and a sentence for bank fraud-related offenses are affirmed over claims of error regarding: 1) a variance between the indictment and the proof at trial; 2) the admission of one defendant's prior conviction; 3) a decision allowing the government to cross-examine one defendant about a consumer complaint and a criminal complaint against her; 4) the sufficiency of the evidence on a charge of conspiracy to engage in a monetary transaction involving the proceeds of criminally derived property; and 5) the reasonableness of a sentence.
