In the Matter of the Complaint of Moran Towing Corp., 06-2099

In an admiralty action under the Limitation of Shipowners Liability Act arising from a collision between a tanker and tug, an order exonerating a towing company and the tug from all claims is affirmed where there was no clear error in: 1) a conclusion that the negligence of the tanker's pilots was the sole cause of the collision; or 2) a conclusion that a tug captain's piloting of the tug was not negligent.
