United States Third Circuit
Marra v. Philadelphia Housing Auth., 06-1140
Jury verdicts for plaintiffs on their claims for unlawful retaliation under the Pennsylvania Human Rights Act are affirmed over claims contesting the admission of certain evidence at trial, the sufficiency of the evidence supporting the verdicts, the consistency of those verdicts with particular findings made by the jury on the plaintiffs' other claims for relief, and the plaintiffs' right to have a jury decide their PHRA claims.
