Stevenson v. Carroll, 05-1088

In detainees' civil rights action alleging violations of substantive and procedural due process rights, dismissal of complaint is vacated where plaintiffs' allegations of placement in restrictive confinement state valid substantive and procedural due process claims sufficient to survive a motion to dismiss.
