United States Third Circuit

US v. Rivas, 05-3380

Conviction and sentence for conspiracy to distribute crack cocaine are affirmed where: 1) none of defendant's claims of trial error established reversible error; and 2) the court of appeals rejected a claim that the district court erred in finding that the prosecution had properly filed and served upon defendant an information charging the prior drug conviction on the basis of which the government sought to enhance his sentence.
