United States Third Circuit
In re: Myers, 05-4882
Dismissal of a bankruptcy case as having been filed in bad faith and other rulings are affirmed over claims that: 1) a bankruptcy court abused its discretion by dismissing debtor's bankruptcy case and refusing to convert it from Chapter 13 to Chapter 7; 2) actions taken in violation of an automatic stay were void ab initio, and must be set aside; and 3) the bankruptcy court abused its discretion by retroactively annulling the automatic stay.
