Russell v. Governor Dejongh, 07-1289
In a challenge brought by a senator in the Legislature of the Virgin Islands to the validity of the nominations and appointments of certain judges as justices of the Supreme Court of the Virgin Islands, dismissal of the complaint is affirmed in part and vacated in part as the senator lacked standing to pursue either count of his complaint.
