DeBenedictis v. Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc., 06-1867

In an action raising securities class action claims against Merrill Lynch alleging that its Fund Registration Statements misled investors by failing to make certain disclosures in relation to investing in certain types of fund shares, dismissal of the class action complaint is affirmed where each of plaintiff's claims was time-barred.
