A petition for review of a denial of Syrian citizen's application for asylum and related relief is dismissed in part, and denied in part where: 1) the circuit court lacked jurisdiction to review his claim that extraordinary circumstances excused the late filing of his asylum application; 2) substantial evidence supported the BIA's denial of withholding of removal; and 3) an IJ's rulings and conduct did not violate the Due Process Clause.
