United States Third Circuit

Shehu v. Attorney Gen. of the US, 05-5072

Petition for review of a denial of Albanian citizen's application for asylum and related relief is denied where although the circuit court has jurisdiction to review the BIA's denial of a Visa Waiver Program (VWP) applicant's petition for asylum, withholding of removal, and relief under the CAT, the evidence supported the findings underlying the denial of relief for petitioner.
