US v. Ford, 05-4998

A conviction and sentence arising out of defendant's participation in the robbery of two banks is affirmed where: 1) the district court did not abuse its discretion by admitting certain expert testimony regarding shoeprint evidence; and 2) it did not err in applying the Career Offender provision of U.S.S.G. section 4B1.1 to defendant on the basis of his prior conviction for escape.
