US v. Lakhani, 05-4276

A conviction and sentence arising from defendant's role in the attempted importation of shoulder-fired, surface-to-air missiles is affirmed where: 1) a reasonable juror could have found that defendant was not entrapped; 2) the district court correctly ruled that the government's law enforcement efforts did not offend due process; 3) there was no error in a ruling regarding juror misconduct; and 4) the sentence was not unreasonable.
