United States Third Circuit

US v. Rivas, 05-3380

A conviction and sentence for conspiracy to distribute crack cocaine is affirmed over claims that his conviction was flawed by numerous alleged errors in his trial and that the district court erred in finding that the prosecution had properly filed and served upon defendant an information charging the prior drug conviction, on the basis of which the government sought to enhance his sentence.
