United States Third Circuit

Trafford Distr. Ctr. v. Nat'l Labor Relations Bd., 05-3765, 05-4198

A warehousing company's petition for review of a ruling finding it was bound by certain collective bargaining agreements is denied where the NLRB's application of existing law to the facts of the case was supported by substantial evidence with regards to a finding that petitioner was the alter ego of another company, and that it was consequently bound by collective bargaining agreements in place between the other company and unions.
