An order in a Chapter 7 bankruptcy case exempting property held by a debtor as a tenant by the entireties is affirmed where, contrary to trustee's argument based on the "doctrine of necessaries," a Pennsylvania statute does not allow creditors of a debtor spouse to reach entireties property.
