Lebegern v. Forman, 05-1992
In a survival claim brought on behalf of a Pennsylvania decedent, which arose from a motor vehicle accident in New Jersey allegedly caused by the negligence of a New Jersey driver, grant of a motion to dismiss is affirmed and the matter remanded where the district court correctly found that the measure of damages was governed by New Jersey law.
