Medina v. Diguglielmo, 05-3147

An order granting habeas corpus relief to a state prisoner in a first degree murder case is reversed where petitioner failed to show that he was prejudiced by his counsel's ineffective assistance in failing to object to the competency of a twelve-year old witness.
