US v. Price, 05-2968
Defendant's convictions on drug and gun possession charges are affirmed over claims that the district court improperly: 1) allowed police officers to present hearsay testimony about the contents of a radio report to which they responded; 2) allowed the government's expert witness to testify about defendant's mental state; and 3) instructed the jury on the meaning of "in furtherance" in 18 U.S.C. section 924(c).
