United States Third Circuit

In re: Pressman-Gutman Co., Inc., 05-1012, 05-1026

An appeal from orders disqualifying counsel for plaintiff and appointing a guardian ad litem to replace the administrators of a employee profit-sharing plan on whose behalf plaintiff initiated the action under ERISA is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction, and plaintiff's petition for a writ of mandamus seeking to prevent enforcement of the orders at issue is denied.
