United States Third Circuit
Taliaferro v. Darby Township Zoning Bd., 05-2253
Dismissal of plaintiffs' claims involving a Redevelopment Agreement and a grant of a variance for construction of a storage facility in a residential zone, is reversed in part insofar as plaintiffs alleged that their property values would be damaged by the grant of the variance, because such a claim met Article III standing requirements and abstention would be not be appropriate.
