United States Third Circuit

Bobb v. Attorney Gen. of the US, 05-2891

A petition for review of a determination that petitioner's conviction for forgery was an "aggravated felony" for purposes of removability is denied where the BIA did not err in determining that petitioner's underlying conviction was an "aggravated felony" under 8 U.S.C. section 1101(a)(43)(M)(i), and that his conviction was not a "hybrid offense" under applicable precedent.
