Summary judgment against plaintiff, the mother of a boy who committed suicide, in a civil rights action against a school district and one if its guidance counselors is affirmed where plaintiff's state-created danger claims could not prevail because she was unable to show that defendants acted with the requisite level of culpability, and defendant-counselor was entitled to broad immunity under state law as to the state law negligence claims.
