United States Third Circuit

In re: Cendant Corp. Sec. Litig., 04-1410

Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 58 does not mandate that a district court issue two distinct documents when disposing of a case. However, a lengthy recitation of facts and procedural history prevents an order from serving as a separate document within the meaning of Rule 58.
