A conviction and sentence for wire fraud, mail fraud, and making false statements is affirmed over claims that: 1) defendant's plea was entered unknowingly and was thus invalid; 2) that the final sentence imposed was unreasonable; and 3) that a superseding indictment included "superfluous, irrelevant, and prejudicial language."
