Heller v. Fulare, 05-3687

Denial of common law immunity to defendant, a township supervisor, for allegedly defamatory comments made during meetings of a township's board of supervisors regarding plaintiffs, members of a police department, is reversed where the supervisor was entitled to the absolute immunity granted to high public officials by state law.
