Williams v. Consovoy, 04-3569

Dismissal of and summary judgment on prisoner-plaintiff's claims asserted under 42 U.S.C. section 1983 against a parole officer, members of a state parole board, and a psychologist is affirmed where the action against parole board members was foreclosed by Heck v. Humphrey, and the psychologist was entitled to absolute immunity.
