A conviction and sentence for knowingly transporting in interstate and foreign commerce visual depictions of minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct is affirmed over his claim that his activities did not fall within the ambit of the statutes of conviction because the statutory provisions do not apply to the Virgin Islands.
