Turner v. Sec'y of the United States Dep't of Hous. & Urban Dev., 05-2169
Dismissal of plaintiff-lessee's action claiming that the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) failed to perform mandatory duties pursuant to the Fair Housing Act (FHA) is affirmed where the Administrative Procedure Act barred the judicial review sought since plaintiff had, and was not deprived of, another "adequate remedy" in court under section 813 of the FHA.
