United States Third Circuit
Turner v. Crawford Square Apartments III, L.P., 05-1979
Summary judgment for defendants, the owner and operator of a rental housing development, is affirmed where, although the district court erred in concluding that the Rooker-Feldman doctrine barred plaintiff's complaint alleging violations of the Fair Housing Act (FHA), the doctrine of res judicata barred plaintiff's claims.
