The U.S. Small Bus. Admin. v. Chimicles, 04-4083, 05-1330

In a dispute involving the Small Business Administration's attempts to enforce certain subscription agreements against an LLC's limited partners, orders denying motions to stay proceedings pending mandatory arbitration are affirmed where the contractual disputes at issue, each concerning an agreement without an arbitration provision, were not subject to an arbitration provision contained in a separate but related agreement.
