United States Third Circuit
US v. Smith, 05-2697
An order modifying the conditions of defendant's term of supervised release and denying his motion to reconsider a petition to allow gainful employment during his supervised release is affirmed over claims that: 1) the district court lacked authority to modify the conditions of his release; and 2) a restriction barring his employment with an attorney or law firm during his supervised release was improper.
