Stolt-Nielsen, S.A. v. US, 05-1480

Grant of a permanent injunction preventing the government from indicting parties for violations of the Sherman Act is reversed where, although in narrow circumstances federal courts have authority to enjoin the executive branch from filing an indictment, the case at hand did not present such circumstances.
