Jurisdiction exists under 18 U.S.C. section 3742(a)(1) to review criminal sentences for reasonableness. Defendant's sentence for drug-related offenses is affirmed over her claims that her sentence was unreasonable under Booker and that the district court erred when it failed to grant a motion to depart downward.
