United States Third Circuit
Canal Ins. Co. v. Underwriters at Lloyd's London, 04-3714
Summary judgment for defendant in an insurance coverage dispute between insurers, arising out of a motor vehicle accident, is affirmed where the district court correctly ruled that defendant's broad "business use" exclusionary policy language unambiguously denied the coverage at issue, and neither the doctrine of reasonable expectations nor public policy made defendant liable for the accident.
