Slagle v. County of Clarion, 04-2622

Summary judgment for defendant-employer on plaintiff's claims of retaliatory discharge in violation of Title VII is affirmed where plaintiff's filing of a facially invalid complaint did not constitute "participation" for the purposes of protected conduct under Title VII.
